Court IT in 2020 and Beyond: Stare Decisis was Gobbled up by Black Swans - How to Navigate a Future of Change

Sponsored session by Zoom

Through our shared experience, we’ve seen how COVID has changed fundamental processes and approaches to how the work of the courts (and society as a whole) has changed. Zoom’s public sector experts Tracie Bryant, Rhonda Wingate and Stephen Ellis join with Conference Technologies’ Adam Lofredo to share their first-hand experience from advising myriad court systems around the nation through these unprecedented times. This session will explore how court systems can take advantage of the benefits of remote connections even after we return to a more “normal” work posture.  The session will consider: what functions should remain virtual? What does a hybrid court environment look like? What are the challenges court IT leaders can get ahead of today as they plan for tomorrow?
